TILERMADE has snapped up a three-year plus one-year lease in the south-east Brisbane suburb of Coorparoo at
2/68 Harries Road.
The asset, that had a 922sq m* building area, came with a current configuration of 460sq m* office and 462sq m* warehouse.
The lease deal was brokered by Ray White Commercial Queensland Sales and Leasing Executives Sam Parker and Aaron Aleckson.
Mr Parker said the commencement date would be in September 2019 and the initial rental would be between $155psqm and $180psqm gross.
“Due to the limited supply of tenancies in their required size range as well as its close proximity to their existing showroom, Tilermade acted quickly to secure their new facility,” Mr Parker said
“We’ve since seen an increase in tenant demand for office and warehouse space around the 1,000sq m mark, with multiple tenants enquiring on the property after execution of the lease.”
Mr Aleckson said the property would be used as a tile showroom and distribution centre.
“It’s great to see another quality tenant secured at this outstanding location following the lease of tenancy three to Midas last year,” Mr Aleckson said.
“This lease to Tilermade sees the site of seven tenancies, all of which vary in size, now sitting at 90 per cent full.”
