Reconfigure or Redevelop Versatile Site in Warwick

A substantial commercial site in the Darling Downs town of Warwick in Queensland is being offered for sale by Australasia’s largest real estate and property group, Ray White.

The former factory at 145 Victoria Street, Warwick, is being marketed for sale via private treaty by Ray White Rural Warwick Principal Peter Lane and Dan Costello of Ray White Commercial (Qld).

Mr Lane said the 5.14ha property sits across 13 titles and would suit a variety of users.

“This versatile site is less than 1.5 kilometre from the centre of Warwick and comes with ample cold storage and warehousing facilities,” he said.

“There are 12 titles zoned specialised centre featuring a decommissioned dairy factory and two houses with current rental income. A pasture paddock opposite is on one title and is zoned rural.

“The vendor is committed to selling the asset and has no interest in further use or development of the property.”

Dan Costello said the property’s infrastructure includes numerous cold store areas along with warehouse, storage, office and amenity buildings.

“There is three street access to the site while a railway line is adjacent to the northern boundary,” he said.

The historic town of Warwick has a population of more than 15,000 and is a service and administrative centre for the Southern Downs region.
