Ray White Concierge Finds New Home in Spring Hill

The Ray White Group’s growing customer service offering Ray White Concierge has moved to a new headquarters at Spring Hill in inner Brisbane to accommodate its growing business.

Ray White Concierge has secured a 387 sqm tenancy at 3/62 Astor Terrace, Spring Hill, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial Queensland Director Office Leasing, Jason Hines, in conjunction with Neil Read of building owners Trident Corporation.

Jason Hines said Ray White Concierge has relocated from premises at Newstead and needed a larger office space with its workforce expanding to 65 staff.

“We were tasked with finding an alternative location which was close to public transport and staff amenity,” Jason Hines said. “Spring Hill was highlighted as an ideal location and 62 Astor Tce was identified as having the roof top floor available in a suitable time frame.

Jason Hines said Level 3 offers a wraparound balcony and floor to ceiling glass on four sides.

Ray White Concierge offers services to home buyers including insurance, home improvement, home loan health checks, removals, storage, solar assessment, conveyancing and pet care

Ray White Concierge CEO Kelly Tatlow said: “As the only real estate network with its own integrated concierge service, our plan for the next 12 months is to grow our services even further.”

Ray White Concierge has taken out a six year lease at gross rental of $425 per sqm per annum.
