Ray White Commercial secures Lease Commitments at Hendra

Ray White Commercial Queensland has secured another 5,570sq. m of Lease Commitments in two separate transactions as part of the 12.8-hectare Hendra Industrial Estate.

Tenancy 31C, 3064sq m. in area, was leased by BTI Logistics. A five plus three-year lease at a commencing rental of $100psqm net + GST or $306,400 p.a. net + GST was agreed.

Tenancy 22, 2,506sq m. in area, was leased by a company wishing to remain anonymous, with a four plus one plus one lease secured.

The deals were negotiated by the Ray White Commercial Queensland team of Aaron Aleckson, Paul Anderson and Andrew Doyle.

“National tenants really appreciate the proximity to Brisbane Airport and the ease of access provided by the Gateway Motorway and tunnel network,” Mr Aleckson said.

“The Hendra Industrial Estate story for the Stockland has been remarkable, the intelligent spending on capitol works has paid huge dividends. The vacancy profile has drastically been reduced over the last 24 months,” Mr Anderson said.

“The global theme of space near airports being preferred by tenants is ringing true in Brisbane. Enquiry from transport, ecommerce and service industry tenants have been strong all year,” Mr Doyle said.

BTI Logistics is a Melbourne-based company, celebrating their 30th year of operation. With offices now in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Auckland and Singapore – BTI are excited to now offer a solution for air, ocean and in-house customs services throughout Southeast Asia and the world.
