Proactive Drilling Services snaps up Pinkenba site for $1.32M

PROACTIVE Drilling Services has snapped up a vacant land parcel Zoned General Industrial B for $1.32 million at 9 Harris Road in north Brisbane’s Pinkenba.

The property offered 4,000sq m* in gross land area and a 3,305sq m* net land area and was sold via a private treaty campaign.

The asset was marketed and sold by Ray White Commercial QLD Brokerage Services Division trio Paul Anderson, Aaron Aleckson, and Andrew Doyle.

“The current low interest rate environment is attracting owner-occupiers into the market – it’s fantastic to see strong confidence from SMEs,” Mr Anderson said.

“This is the third lot that our team has sold in this estate. The market is responding not only to the location – but also to the services available,” Mr Aleckson said.

“The newly completed cruise ship terminal has further pumped the Pinkenba land market, which has been demonstrated by a flurry of sales in the area,” Mr Doyle said.

Harris Road is a feeder off Main Myrtletown Road, which offers direct access to Brisbane Airport, via Lomandra Drive.

Main Myrtletown Road also leads to Kingsford Smith Drive, offering easy connectivity with the Gateway Motorway, and Airport Link Tunnel network.
