COOK’S PLUMBING SUPPLIES have sealed a five-year plus two five-year options lease in the Brisbane suburb of East Brisbane at
91 Wellington Road.
The corporate office and warehouse property came with 980sq m* building area and offered huge exposure to both Wellington Street and Vulture Street.
The lease deal was brokered by Ray White Commercial Queensland Sales and Leasing Executives Aaron Aleckson and Sam Parker.
“Cooks Plumbing Supplies identified Ray White Commercial QLD as the right agents to find their new home in the Brisbane City fringe in early July 2019, and after an extensive search, the site at 91 Wellington Road was the clear stand out,” Mr Aleckson said.
“It was great being able to assist a growing business like Cooks Plumbing Supplies in setting up their third location in Brisbane, with locations in Brendale and Sumner already in place.”
“Throughout the marketing campaign, we were inundated with tenant enquiry due to the limited supply of city fringe warehouse accommodation that allows for generous car parking and exposure,” Mr Parker said.
“The lease deal will see a rental return of $172,500 p.a.”
