Northgate Industrial Site Sold

Northgate Industrial Site Sold

An industrial lot at a newly developed subdivision at Northgate on Brisbane’s northside has been sold by Ray White Commercial (Qld) in conjunction with CBRE for $900,000.

The 2000 sqm site at Lot 18/62 Crockford Street, Northgate was sold to Sueby Pty Ltd by Ray White Commercial Qld’s Paul Anderson and Nick Witheriff and Dan Munnich of CBRE on behalf of developer Chuan Xin Pty Ltd.

Paul Anderson said: “The buyer enquired and purchased the site on the same day.  The quality of the development stood out to him. This sale is a real credit to the estate.”

Vincent Liang of Chuan Xin Pty Ltd said: “There has always been strong demand for modern and quality industrial properties at inner north Brisbane. We are excited about the product we have created. We look forward to the long term success of the estate.”

Mr Witheriff said the Crockford St development is part of a 20 lot industrial sub-division comprising land parcels from 2,000 sqm to 8,000sqm (by amalgamation).

“Nine lots have been pre-commited, sold, or retained for future prior to this latest sale leaving 10 irreplaceable opportunities for owner occupiers, developers and entrepreneurial investors,” he said.

“A strong point of difference to this estate is the super high level of amenity onsite, namely a 24 hour gym, medical centre and café.”

Mr Munnich said each lot is connected to power, water and sewer while there is NBN connectivity to Crockford St.

“Crockford St is a direct feeder off Nudgee Road, providing easy access north and south via the Southern Cross Way, Airport Link Tunnel, and Gateway Motorway,” he said.

“Northgate is approximately 15 kilometres to Brisbane’s GPO and approximately 10 minutes to Brisbane Airport.”
