DA Approved Inala Properties for Sale at Auction

Two separate residential development sites, each with development approvals in place at Inala in Brisbane’s south-west growth corridor, are being offered for sale via auction by Ray White Special Projects (Qld) under instructions from Richard Hughes and David Orr of Deloitte.

The sites at 17 Vietnam Street, Inala (pictured), and 41 & 43 Kestrel Street, Inala, are being marketed by Mark Creevey and Tony Williiams of Ray White Special Projects (Qld).

Mark Creevey said the Vietnam St property is on a land area of approximately 5,815 sqm and has development approval for 22 detached small lots on a group title scheme.

“The site is designated low-medium density residential (up to three storeys) and three dwellings are partially completed,” he said.

Tony Williams said 41 & 43 Kestrel St offers an approximately 1,325 sqm site across two lots which are designated low-medium density residential.

“This offering has a DA for 20 residential apartments, which includes 15 x 2 bedroom apartments, 4 x 3 bedroom apartments and a manager’s residence.

“41 & 43 Kestrel Street will be offered for sale at auction in one line and, if not sold in one line, sold individually.”

Both Inala sites are close to a wide variety of shopping, educational, transport and recreational facilities. Inala is approximately 23km south-west of the Brisbane CBD.

The auction will be held at the Ray White Corporate rooms at Level 26, 111 Eagle Street, Brisbane, at 10.30am (AEST) on Friday, July 28, 2017.
