Brendale Sites Sold for $2.745 Million

Adjoining commercial sites featuring warehouse/office buildings in a popular industrial/retail precinct at Brendale on Brisbane’s north side have been sold by Ray White Commercial for $2.745 million.

The vacant properties at 49 and 51 Kremzow Road, Brendale, were sold post-auction to separate owner occupiers by Dan Costello and John Dwyer of Ray White Commercial (Qld) on behalf of a deceased estate.

Dan Costello said 51 Kremzow Rd – which offered a building area of approximately 1,623 sqm on a 2,745 sqm site – was purchased by UV4X4 (Ute Van and 4X4 accessories) for $1.42 million.

He said 49 Kremzow Rd – an approximately 2,740 sqm land area with an approximately 1,231 sqm building – was sold to a commercial shop fitting business for $1.325 million.

“These properties were taken to market and offered for sale in one line and we had strong interest from owner occupiers and speculative investors,” Dan Costello said.

“On auction day, the combined sites were passed in but feedback post-auction was demand for the purchase of each property individually. Within a short timeframe both properties were sold to separate owner occupier buyers.”

John Dwyer said the properties benefitted from a prominent corner location with easy access to major transport routes.

“The properties offered considerable street frontage and they are located across the road from new retail outlets,” he said.

“Brendale is an established industrial/retail suburb and is the choice location for national and local companies on the north side of Brisbane.”
