Between the Lines – Brisbane CBD Office Market Update

The Brisbane CBD Office market is again in a treading water stage despite some significant movements in market indicators. Results from Property Council’s Office Market Report highlight a significant increase in take up this period which has been instrumental in the reduction of vacancies to 15.33%. Unfortunately the strata office market has not followed this movement as tenants have opted for newer premises during a time of competitive leasing deals resulting in strata vacancies growing to 13.04%.
