Approved Everton Park townhouse site for sale

EXPRESSIONS of interest are being sought for one of the most exciting approved development site opportunities on Brisbane’s northside at 117 Flockton Street, Everton Park.

The 2.23ha* development site is approved for 56 townhouses, offering a townhouse mix of 12×4-bedroom, 21×3 bedroom and study, and 23×3-bedroom and overlooks a green reserve.

The asset is being marketed and sold by Ray White Special Projects Queensland Executive Director Matthew Fritzsche.

Mr Fritzsche said the interstate owner was selling down assets in south east Queensland and was motivated to sell the site.

“The recent development approval for 56 townhouses, specifically designed to target a strong local market, offers potential buyers sought-after speed to market capability,” he said.

“Everton Park is an established and popular Brisbane suburb with consistent price growth and a strong economic demographic, and this is just one of the few opportunities of this scale remaining within 10km north of Brisbane CBD.

“These homes will particularly appeal to families and first-time buyers with North Side Christian College 250* metres away, 950* metres to Everton Park State School and just 1km* and 1.5km* to McDowall State School and Stafford Heights State School, respectively.

“The site adjoins the Northwest Central Shopping Centre, comprising Woolworths, medical, gym and a number of retail and lifestyle specialties.

“It’s central to a range of other major shopping amenity including Westfield Chermside, Stafford City Shopping Centre, Brookside Shopping Centre and North West Homemaker Centre.

“It’s also within walking distance of North West Private Hospital and is within close proximity to The Prince Charles Hospital.”

Expressions of interest close on Thursday 2 May 2019 at 4pm (AEST).
