An industrial estate located at 110 Links Avenue, Eagle Farm, is at full occupancy for the first time in years due to increased activity and demand for property in the area.
Three separate buildings were leased at the site totaling 4,754sqm of GFA in August for between $90-$120 per square metre or a total of over $500,000 per annum.
The new tenants include Terex Cranes, Link Logic, Sleepy’s Mattress and Common Ground Coffee Roasters.
Ray White Commercial QLD associate director brokerage services Aaron Aleckson who brokered the deals said the lease terms were between two and five years for the new tenants.
“Ray White Commercial QLD sold the site to the current owners in 2017 and it has been extremely satisfying seeing the site be refurbished to a high standard leading to a number of A-grade tenants committing to long term leases,” Mr Aleckson said.
“The addition of Common Ground coffee roasters, who plan on introducing a boutique cafe to the site, will ensure the site is highly sought after for years to come.
“The site on the corner of Links Avenue and Fison Avenue, Eagle Farm is one of largest in the immediate area and comprises over 10 industrial office and warehouse buildings on 4ha of land.
“The last month has seen a large increase in enquiry and activity in the Eagle Farm leasing market and we were able to secure four A-grade tenants in Terex Cranes, Link Logic, Sleepy’s Mattress and Common Ground Coffee Roasters, to bring the 4ha site to 100 per cent occupancy for the first time in a number of years”.
“Eagle Farm still proves to be the premier and most sought after suburb for industrial users in Brisbane’s Northside, largely due to its proximity to the airport, Port of Brisbane and the CBD.”
