Sanbella Holdings snap up Pinkenba lease

SANBELLA Holdings has snapped up a vacant land parcel on a 3+2-year lease, to be used as a hardstand for truck storage at 49 Harris Road, Pinkenba.

The 4,061sq m* development site, just 21 minutes* from Brisbane CBD and 15 minutes* to Brisbane Airport by car, would produce a $90,000 p.a. + net + GST return.

The deal was jointly brokered by Ray White Commercial Queensland’s Director Sales and Leasing Paul Anderson and Sales and Leasing Executive Aaron Aleckson.

Mr Anderson said the site was bought vacant three months ago for $1.725M and the lease vindicated their strategy to sell unoccupied.

“We made the recommendation to the purchaser to take a punt, and to buy the site vacant. It’s very pleasing to have secured a lease that starts the day after settlement,” he said.

Mr Aleckson said the TradeCoast location, Brisbane Airport proximity, the new cruise ship terminal and the high level of construction activity in the precinct appealed to the buyers.

“Sanbella Holdings views itself as being a supply chain partner who specialises in customer focused tanker freight and customer driven services,” he said.
