Michael McCullagh to lead Ray White Commercial Queensland

MichaelMcCullagh has been the Head of Agency Operations at Ray White Commercial since December 2016. For the last three years he has been responsible for the performance and growth of the Ray White Commercial network throughout Australia and New Zealand.

In his time, he’s grown the network performance by 40 per cent and diversified the 42-strong office network to now include Ray White Valuations (NSW).

The experienced agent and auctioneer is also a Queenslander, so there’s no better person to take on the leadership position at Ray White Commercial Queensland, the top office within our commercial network.

The White family’s ownership in Ray White Commercial Queensland remains unchanged, and they welcome this new partnership with Michael. The new joint venture commences in early 2020 with Michael taking on the role of Managing Director at Ray White Commercial Queensland.

Long standing directors Mark Creevey, Tony Williams and Matt Fritzsche will now  focus 100 per cent on running their own leading business, Ray White Special Projects (Queensland). The Brisbane-based directors remain such a valuable part of our network and we wish them well as they continue to dominate  in their niche area of residential development site sales including land estates, subdivision sites, broad acre land holdings, undeveloped land and medium and high density residential unit sites.

Ray White Group Managing Director Dan White said he couldn’t be more proud of the team for this stylish transition.

“I congratulate Michael for his ambition in wanting to grab a great opportunity to keep building a great business in Ray White Commercial Queensland.  He has proven himself ready for this opportunity through his great success in recent years in attracting and developing extraordinary talent across our commercial network,” Mr White said.

“We are also delighted that Mark, Tony,  and Matt are determined to keep developing their Special Projects business and the extraordinary market share of a specialist market.  It has, and will remain, a cornerstone of our commercial ambitions in Queensland.”

The Ray White Commercial franchisor team will now be reshaped following Michael’s departure, and will make further announcements in due course.
