Freestanding office/warehouse sells for $1.15M in Kedron

A LOCAL investor has snapped up a freestanding office/warehouse in Brisbane’s Kedron for $1,150,000 + GST at 12 Glentanna Street.

The property comprised an older style industrial improvement of 442sq m* and was housed on a 2,226sq m* low impact industry lot.

The asset was a legacy of a business acquisition by the multi-national client (NOV Australia), who required a quick off-market transaction, given a business re-structure.

The property was sold by Paul Anderson, Andrew Doyle, and Aaron Aleckson of Ray White Commercial Queensland to a local investor whose company was named Marshall No 1 Pty Ltd.

“It was very pleasing to execute for the client – given the tight timeframes required for the property to be disposed of. We were asked to list, sell, and settle the site within 90 days,” Mr Anderson said.

“Our team has now been appointed exclusively to lease the property and we have already had multiple tenant inspections,” Mr Doyle said.

“It’s been great to assist the client to source a new site and dispose of the incumbent property for them. Our focus is to always provide a full solution for our clients,” Mr Aleckson said.
