Paul Anderson

Brisbane industrial property has been the focus of my career since 1998, spanning agency leadership, sales, leasing, development sites and project marketing.

Over that time, I have completed more than $1B in industrial sales and 700+ leasing transactions, working with private owners, developers, corporate groups and institutional clients.

My experience includes investment and owner-occupier sales, industrial subdivisions, speculative development and strata projects, with campaigns delivered for groups including Stockland, MAKR, Frank Developments and Spaceframe.

I hold a Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management), a full Queensland Real Estate Agent Licence and have undertaken tertiary studies in Arts and Business.

Community involvement has included assisting The Salvation Army Christmas Appeal by sourcing donated warehouse space on multiple occasions.
